Semi-matured Pecorino of Farindola
Pecorino di Farindola is a niche product of Abruzzo’s cheese-making tradition. This table cheese is made from raw sheep’s milk with the addition of rennet and salt. Pecorino di Farindola has a compact, gently pocked texture, with a characteristic fragrance and flavour, and the light tangy note typical of the use of pig rennet.
