Spread on lightly toasted bread or on focaccia. Excellent spread on a slice of Canestrato di Castel del Monte pecorino cheese as its lingering flavour fuses with the delicate softness of the jam, whose texture envelops the palate to release a gratifying combination of mild, pleasing flavours.
